Delete Your Mishwar Account

How to delete your account from the app

1. Open the Mishwar app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm your decision

Your account and personal data will be permanently removed.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the Mishwar app, you can request account deletion by email:

• Send an email to mishwar.sudantaxi@gmail.com
• Include the phone number registered with your Mishwar account
• You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours

What happens when you delete your account

• Your personal information (name, phone number, email, profile photo) is permanently removed
• Any uploaded documents and photos are deleted from our servers
• Your account can no longer be used to sign in
• You may re-register with the same phone number in the future
• Trip history and financial records are retained in anonymized form for legal and regulatory compliance (up to 7 years), but are no longer linked to your identity
